It will be launched May 2012, the objective being for a number of people to travel a total of 2012 miles before the end of April 2013 by as many different means as possible.
 
As part of the Challenge, Activeyes swimming group are swimming the channel without leaving the Black Country!  The group meet once a week for a one hour swimming session and over the course of 16 weeks will complete 1352 lengths of the 25m pool at the new Bilston Leisure Centre, a total of 21 miles.
